CollectiveVest provides a platform for users to participate in collaborative investment voting sessions. The platform aggregates user votes to execute trades through a third-party brokerage partner.

• Not Financial Advice: Content on the Platform, including discussions, user-generated content, and AI-generated summaries, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.
• Brokerage Services: All brokerage and clearing services are provided by third-party partners. Your investment account is subject to the terms and agreements of our brokerage partner.
• Voting Sessions: By participating in a voting session and committing funds, you agree that your committed capital will be used to purchase the winning instrument as determined by the collective vote, subject to the session's rules. All such transactions are binding.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• KYC/AML: You must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification process to fund your account and participate in investments. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform or help anyone else to do so. You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or hateful.
• Engage in any activity that constitutes market manipulation, such as "pump and dump" schemes.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, or interferes with the performance of the Platform.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Service: The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Investment Risks: All investments involve risk, and you may lose money. Past performance is not indicative of future results. CollectiveVest is not liable for any investment losses you may incur.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will CollectiveVest, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CollectiveVest and its licensors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
